The Walking Dead
« on: November 23, 2010, 04:03:27 AM »
Speaking as a fan, I enjoyed the fourth episode of The Walking Dead. Quite the bloodbath back at the camp. Must be spending a fortune on corn syrup and food colouring.

Anybody else see the show?

Ya, It's great.  AMC is the real deal for anyone looking to avoid "reality" television and see some actual entertainment.
The last episode saw the first time the Zombies looked quite nimble and able to get at people.  The poor sister eh, being eaten alive can't be fun.
I heard your podcast and hope that this gets renewed for another season.

I just finished watching the first episode last night (way behind everyone else) and I'm really looking forward to the next few episodes.

I hope this will be a trend..more horror movie TV series!!!

Just loving this series. way over due to have a zombie movie on TV. What's next?? looks like they've pushed the boundaries oif what is allowed on TV for horror.

I wonder how many other networks will try something similar?

Great stuff!!!

Last episode for this season coming up. Good to see that AMC can produce a series as good as HBO, but without the constant barrage of cussing. I just don't think it's necessary, though it can be funny (i.e. Deadwood).

So what's everyone's thoughts on season 2? Will they be able to carry the series over to another season? I guess they have enough material from the graphic novels...

I can't imagine, given the popularity of the show why AMC wouldn't produce another series.
